This 45% Grand Cru Bolivian Milk Chocolate is made from extremely rare criollo cacao beans together with Swiss milk from the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Entlebuch. The cows graze on the most nutritious grass and herbs to produce an aromatic low acidic milk.
This is an exceptional milk couverture with a rich creamy flavour and notes of caramel, honey and vanilla.
