Salt Caramel.  Salted caramel ganache, homemade English shortbread base - shell 32% milk chocolate

Ceremonial Matcha tea , yogurt & Strawberry pate de fruit.  29% white chocolate shell. 

Dark chocolate salt caramel.   Caramelised dark chocolate salt caramel ganache & chocolate biscuit - shell 61% dark chocolate

Tropical Fruit, ginger & cashew.  Caramelised tropical fruit ganache, cashew & ginger praline.  70% dark chocolate shell

Star Anise & Orange.   caramelised star anise & orange ganache with an anise biscuit crumb - shell 66% dark chocolate

Blackcurrant.  Dark Chocolate blackcurrant caramelised ganache - shell in 70% dark chocolate

A wide range of coloured cocoa butters are used in the production of
these Bonbons including E171 Titanium Dioxide, and also E-free
colours, some colours could have adverse effects on young children.
