Violet and Rose creams originate from the late 19th century and gained huge popularity in the Victorian era.
My violet and rose creams are made with my homemade fondant flavoured with natural flavourings and hand enrobed in a 65% dark chocolate. Topped with either a piece of crystallised rose or violet flower.

These are so beautiful just to look at, to eat is a delight, the favours are intense but just right. The chocolate is stunning. I love seeing the new designs and favours always a surprise
I haven't tried these myself but bought a box as a present for a cousin who phoned immediately and said she'd never seen anything like them and that they looked much too good to eat. A second email from her said they were wonderful and she'd had to hide them from her husband as she had rationed him to one a day!!
